Phone Number 314-449-9340, Automated IRS message - about a lawsuit to be filed on my name. Asked me to call back. I have had issues with the IRS before. This is not how they operate. They will always write letters first detailing year and amounts owed, and then will send certified letters. You will always have several chances to pay before any suit is filed. Glad to find this was a scam

I received a call this morning, my ansermashine recordet it. I found out ,it is a scam.

I just got a call from this number but didn't answer it. I called the number on the caller ID. After about 15 rings, a man answered. I told him that i had just received a call from this number, 314-449-9340. He asked for my number. Lots of loud chatter in the background and his accent made understanding him difficult. He hung up on me after asking me if I was xxxxx xxxxxx and I told him no, that's my husband.

I recieved a call from this number at 9:30 am this morning. My machine picked up, it was a recording from a woman saying that the IRS had filed lawsuit against me. I came straight to the internet and looked the number up and found it was a scam. Please help to stop these calls. They can be very upsetting. Thank you.

yes I received a disturbing message yesterday and ruined my day, when I called the ringing sound odd and no one answered the call, I am so glad it was a bogus call, these people need to be brought to justice,

I'd like to find where the calls are originating. Itis an IRS Scam. The caller said he was in pak*stan. If I knew for surewhere it was I'd arrange for a visit from a few friendly large men.
