A woman with aheavy accent answers. She asks for someone named Crystal. I told her you have the wrong number. She then asks for my name. I told her I dont need to give my name. I repeated you have the wrong number. She kept insisting I give my name. I hung up. Telling her she had the wrong number should have been the end of conversation.

Calls 8 times a day starting at 7am. Asking for Robert Paulson, whom I don't know. Threatened to add money to 'my' debt each time I don't pick up the phone. Used colorful language and called me a lowlife. Said they will call as much as they please and hung up on me when I asked for them to stop calling. RUDE!! Don't give them any info, may be a scam!

This company has to be a scam because the real name of the company is Midland Credit Management and it's agents are named MIDLAND FUNDING LLC and Encore. MIDLAND CREDIT MANANGEMENT is in San Diego, California.

The person asking me to verify my name and I wouldn't. Asked me what I was afraid of....'fraudulent calls' and yes I was yelling. This company is extremely persistent. They have been calling quite a bit. My phone is unable to take voice messages at my choosing.

This is Midland Credit. They are junk debt buyers. VERY persistent. They have many phone numbers in many states. They have a horrific track record. They told my wife they add $5 to the balance with every call when they don't collect something.

These ppl called my daughter that is underage. Asking g for her personal information my daughter sent me a text about this issue I'm very thankful she doesn't give out any info. And just hangs up they want her S.Snumver her middle name and correct billing address , not only has she received these calls I've received them as well in the same day and only few minutes apart time wise

after a call at 6:30 p.m. on a Sunday saying that I owe for a credit card in 2005 I told him I checked my credit reports daily and that they are nowhere on my credit reports and that this had to be a scam he became ignorant and insisted for me to confirm my date of birth and social security number until I refused and hung up.

I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. I looked the number up and found they were a debt collector. They've call me several times and never have they left a message. Since I don't owe anyone money, I blocked this number.

After looking up this number, I discovered it belongs to Midland Credit. I will not answer the phone and speak with them knowing they are trying to collect on an old debt. I also know that after a certain amount of time goes by, they cannot sue for it so give it a rest already.

Calls from this number all day never leaving a message. I've been called from several numbers out of Texas and Minnesota with the same MO. If it's legit they would leave a message - don't answer it, they'll grab on to you relentlessly.

The message was a little garbled given English was not her first language. They used an alias I use on websites so I know it's a total bullshit call. Nice try.

They called to help me resolve my outstanding credit at Best Buy!as I have no outstanding bills at Best Buy, I hung up on them.

These people call anywhere from 2 to 6 times per day. Sometimes when I say hello there is no answer, other times a person answers wanting my information.I've asked them several times to stop calling, but they just keep calling.I'm 78 years old, in poor health, and don't owe any money. Every time they call I have to stop what I'm doing and run to the phone. It's not only annoying, it's dangerous for me.
