Just noise in the background...I usually dont answer but after several and I mean SEVERAL calls from this number I finally answered. Waste of my time..sad these lowlifes have nothing better to do with their time besides make ours miserable.

Answered the phone and he asked to speak to someone. I asked who he wanted to speak to for I didn't understand what he said, I asked again and he called me a b***h. On a Sunday!

When the answering machine picked up, there was dead silence -- a strong sign of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public.This predator has been flagged as a scam contractor. Even the venerable website www.whitepages.com describes this number as 'scam or fraud.' Avoid this shyster!

The authorities have the responsibility to stop the fraudsters calling people at all times of the days. They do not. Because there are parties that are making $$$ by disturbing people. I blame all the politicians who are complicit in this. This country is fast becoming a place for free wheeling crooks, fraudsters, scammers and their complicit political partners. Put these b******s to jail.

Calls every day. When I attempt to return call, all it does is ring, Finally blocked it through Frontier...if they can do that as they are absolutely horrible as well.

These 323 prefix number keep changing thier callID. the other day the caller ID said In-N-Out-Burger & the area code was 323.Steve Cozine called just a while ago with 323-300-6236. Please make them stop.

Man called, could barely understand what he was saying. Asking for Mrs. something. Told him I don't know that person and to please stop calling. 'I call you all day and night if I want. Fat b****.' My number is a new number from the phone company and I have never gave out as my contact. When I politely told him to remove my number from his calling list, the guy started to harness me and keep say 'I will call you every day, I will call you whenever I want ....' This need to stop ....

Calls all the time and robocall hangs up on answering machine. Steven Cozine is the caller ID. From what I've read it's a home builder scam.

Continues to call leases no message and when I answered, the women said I was condescending, I wanted to tell her to put me on the Do Not Call list, but she hung up.

There's no reason the authorities can't find and arrest this person. So why haven't they?And we pay for having a phone?
