Spammers claiming to be Cox Communications. They try to con you into giving up your account info so they can steal your credit card and personal info. Cox will never ask you for your information over the phone.

Cox calling. They asked for me by name and asked how I was doing today. I replied with: 'I'll pass' and hung up the phone.

3rd party calling for Cox. I've already had an appointment scheduled through Cox for phone upgrade. I told them I've gone directly through Cox and won't speak to a 3rd party. Blocked them. If you are concerned just call Cox directly

Called just now. Left no message. Caller ID read unknown name. Thanks to other posters for identifying it as Cox.

Caller left no message. If its Cox the caller ID should say so. I do not answer calls with a caller ID that says 'Unavailable'!!!!

I wish Cox would stop begging us to come back. Their cable packages are a ripoff! Their workers are stupid.

Got a call from 405-708-5222. Showed Oklahoma City, called the number back, picked up said Cox, I told them to take me off their call list. The CSR said he'd do it immediately. Let's see.

Cox again. I wish they would go and take business lessons from Dish. Maybe then Cox would know what good workers are suppose to do, how to price packages, why customers are leaving, how to answer questions, not damage things, how to behave, and when to stop begging.

This number called at 8:22 this evening and didn't even bother leaving a message.

Left a voice mail for me about specials they have on services. Asked me to call them back for information. Knew my family name, but addressed the message as 'hello, (family name)s,' I'm pretty sure they would use the first name on the account, since I am a Cox customer.Didn't provide any details on offers, but did leave a toll free number to call back to. Looking up this number led to a handful of 'called but left no message' notesIf i want to change my services with Cox, I think I will simply use the officially posted contact number on my bill. I can't say for certain if this call is legit or not, but its clearly marketing at best.

they called, it went to voice mail, they said nothing at all, just air.i didnt try to call it back as i dont know anyone in that state

Got a call from this number 3-4 times, I picked up but could not hear anything. Called back, after connecting it was trying to connect to a different line. I disconnected the call.

Called as Cox Communications, asked if I had TV or Home Phone services and offered me services. Gladly declined and we both ended the call. My Google phone services listed this as 'SUSPECTED SPAM CALLER'.

Cox communications. They dont leave message nor does caller id say who they are. I called it back and asked to be taken off list. It for suew was cox because they looked up acct from phone number. Said they would take off list but takes 30 days. We'll see. Unfortunately they have 20 year cable monopoly in our county.

They called two times, I was away and did not get to phone, The third time they left message. I Blocked..

Caller ID showed 405-708-5222, 'Oklahoma.' They left no message (I don't answer if caller ID is vague). If it's Cox then Cox can go to hell.

Fake Cox Sales telemarketing call. Now blocked.

This is not Cox. It's an affiliate of theirs trying to sell Cox services. I called the guy on it for lying and misrepresenting himself.

It's not Cox.. it's a fake cox. This is now 2018 where scamming is now full throttle. These scammers are now able to make any number they want so you think it's legitimate but when they get your Cox I go you are screwed. Block the number. And don't give um any jnof cause it is t Cox. It's a spoof phone number.
