Scam Fax similar to above. Purporting to have information on an insurance payment from a long-lost uncle.

This phone number is likely a misrepresentation of that of David Delagran LLB an attorney at the Beard-Winter LLP Law firm in Toronto Canada. The website of said law firm lists a different phone number and email than this scammer uses trying to gain access to bank account information of potential victims promising millions of dollars in free money. This scam crosses international lines. Please investigate where and who this caller is located.

Received a fax indicating a Payable-on-Death policy of $9.82 million by someone having my same last name. Email, website, and phone number are all incorrect when compared to the ACTUAL Beard Winter LLP website info for David Delagran. As suspected, and now confirmed, this is fraudulent. I have not called or emailed back to the sender at all, and will not be. Reporting this to law enforcement at my next available opportunity.

I received a fax, ostensibly from David Delagran of Beard Winter in Toronto, giving this number as a contact. As it happens, I'm a law firm manager of 40+ years experience, so I did not bite, but someone else could. This number is being used in an international scam. Do not call unless instructed by police or federal authorities to do so.
