The person talking claim to be comcast agent he new my full name and he try to get my access to my account by sending out 6 digits verification code and ask me to share it with him I refuse that and I ask him to call me from official Comcast number

they tried selling me services and Knew my full name, the guy barley spoke English and when I said I can't talk I'm working they just kept reading off a script. I told them I wouldn't speak to them since I had work and they called later but I was asleep. Probs a scam.

Calls on an almost weekly basis. Internet search says it's from Comcast. I have call blocked on my cell phone so it doesn't come through but I do get the blocked call alert. Really want this anoyance to stop!

The person talking claims to be from Comcast and he is going to give me a cheaper phone plan. Like somebody else mentioned, barely speaks english and wants me to believe him that he is going to give me iphone 12 if i make a deal over the phone. Definitely a scam.

They called and did not leave a message. I did not call back so I googled up their number and noticed it's a common annoying number that harasses everyone else so I'm reporting it to the FTC.gov/robocalls and am blocking it from my carrier.

Claims to be from Comcast. Somehow knew my name and that I had recently signed up for Xfinity. Offered a promotion and to 'help with my account' on the website. Definitely a scam, don't know how Comcast leaked out this information.Very thick accent. Hard to understand.

The person calling identified himself as a rep from Comcast offering a promotion to existing clients that isn't available to the general public. I asked him where I would see this on the website, but he said it was not on the website and wanted my email and cell phone number so he could send me details to review with him on the line. Seems very suspicious.I wouldn't give him any information except my name.

Called three times over 2 weeks before I finally answered the phone. Claimed I was going over my internet data, which would reflect in future billing. Offered some device for $11 more a month to maximize my internet. I told him to call back so that I could research his claims. Called back at the established time. I did not answer.Not sure why the pushy salesman vibe.Is it a possible 3rd party partner to Comcast trying to sell services?
