Idiot company. We have repeatedly told them we do not ship truckloads and to remove our # from their list. Yet, they will call back the next month and ask the same stupid question. Panasonic call block is on high alert and we finally blocked them.

TQL's approach is annoying, obnoxious and moronic. I have explained to them at least 15 different times about our supply chain and the fact that we do not have opportunities for them. Yet they continue to call. This current call blitz started May 20. They call daily. They have called as many as 4 times in one day. I refuse to talk to them again. If I could file a criminal complaint for harassment, I wouldd. I wouldn't give them business if they paid US for the pleasure.

This has to be the worst company I have seen in years . I keep telling them . I Do Not Need their services .I'm on the Do Not Call Registry . They Don't seem to care. I have filed complaints with the FTC . I hope they can do something !!I get 3 to 4 calls a day , for months now and they won't stop .I'm Getting ready to call the owner . If that doesn't help and they continue , It will be My Attorney !!

Five years of repeated unsolicited calls from their various locations have become more than a nuisance. Each time they call, we request to be removed from their list, but every 3-4 months they call...and call...and keep on calling.Today, they called again and after 30 minutes, they allegedly connected me to those who would remove us from their call list. I'll believe it when I see it. Their info has been forwarded to our AG office for future reference.

These people are idiots. Caller ID shows Out of Area. If they were legitimate, company name would show up. We have advised them we don't ship trailer qts and to remove our phone but the morons keep calling. So now Panasonic Call Block is on high alert and it disconnects their call after the 1st ring. But stupid people never learn anything in their stupid life because the morons will keep calling back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are about as annoying as it gets. I have actual need for LTL shipments but I would never, never do business with a company that has no more consideration for my time than these jokers. FFE is getting to be just about as bad.

This TQL Dispatch, they are trying to reach a truck driver. They save drivers phone numbers in their database, so if they think the same person is on the load even though they weren't given the number they will call for status updates. They do not care if they are sleeping or driving in heavy traffic / bad weather, they just have to get the update for their system. They are a broker and contract with other trucking companies and don't have trucks of their own, so they have no idea what it is like to be the trucker getting called, let alone some poor sap that has that same number.The call above that mentions Reefer is not marijuana but a Refrigerated Trailer also called a reefer.
