This number will not stop calling me!

Stated my landline was associated with another phone number which is out of service and belongs to relative whom I happen to not be on speaking terms. They claimed they are collection agency that the phone number is out of service and in arrears of $900+ and I am responsible for paying this or will have effect on my credit history. The number in question is still in service good thing I did not give any personal info, they already knew my name and phone number.

So far called twice (I'm in Ottawa) requesting an 'urgent' call back to 1-880-480-4920 x 571 and also x 140. Gave a reference file number and client's full name but only provided a first name as caller's identity.Needless to say, I have not called back.

They called me twice and when i called back a man answered, talking to me in French and i have no idea what he was saying. I don't speak French and he doesn't speak English.
