This is a legit phone call from United Health Care to ask some generalized health questions per Medicare's yearly requirement. So if you have United Health Care Medicare Insurance it is NOT a scam. The call from them is only annoying if you do not answer the call and they're questions. Again, Medicare requires this to be done yearly.

members would get calls from this number to enter their information for a health assessment. I tried that number, and it didn't act like it wants to work. I tried many times, and it kept on saying lets try it a different way, I do, and it still acts wrong. I think it's a scam

Both my Wife and I are getting them. Just the robo voice, and IT DOES NOT IDENTIFY ITSELF as UHC. I called UHC and was told they will never call without identifying the call as a UHC call. We just signed with UHC, and they use overseas call centers, so no big surprise that doing business with UHC opens us up to these unwanted exposures to crime. C'mon UHC!

I never answer a call from a number I do not have in my phone, unless I am expecting a call. I got a partial voice mail that included my name but that doesn't mean much. The entire world seems to know that I am turning 65 this month. The recording must have started too soon so my voice mail did not pick up the name of the caller. If this is a legitimate call from UnitedHealth, they can send me a letter or an email. I do not give personal information over the phone to people I do not know.

Calling 6 times per day leaving voicemail

This phone call was from United Health Care and they said call the number for customer service on the back of your card, which I did and they told me they didn't call me for anything. Trying to get info from us.

Said they were united health care...answered call and said yes I was (name) but recording just continues. I had received call earlier which left recording on my voicemail. I had called United Health representative who said he knew of no such thing. I only thought to look up number today and wish I had not answered call as I have been hacked and scammed before.

Continually call and disturb me, I am disabled, and they are interfering with my sleep and are stressing me out. If I ever track these people down I am going to bring a lawsuit against them. Wish the Government would put a stop to these harassing calls.

If it's UHC, why would they even begin to think it's okay to get something done in this silly manner. It demonstrates very little interest in the consumer. Better to not do business with them I'd say. I'm sorry we are, and I'm going to let everybody know and make the change. Friends not using UHC don't have these personal violations from robocalls. Time to not do business with these companies.

I didnt answer after the first call. They left a message and said to call another no. Sounded fishy to me.

The medical questionnaire 'requirement', as I understand it, all is driven by their extracting more money from medicare for those deemed 'high risk / unhealthy'. I don't believe you are legally obligated to complete said form.

Said they were United Healthcare and are required by medicare to ask questions about my health. I logged into my United Healthcare account. There were no messages and no questions. I then logged into my Medicare account. There were no questions for me to answer. Looks like a fishing expedition for my private medical info. andquestions.
