Calls my cell phone several times a day. Never leaves a message. I called the number back today and after music and a brief hold, a call center representative picked up and said they were from Macy's. I called Macy's and my account is up to date. Scam.

They said they were from macy's, but I'm calling SCAM! I called this number back because I missed two calls. An Indian man picked up and said it was Macy's. That he didn't know what they had called me about but he could check my account. Then he wanted to verify I had an account with my name, date of birth and last four digits of my social. I told them I wasn't comfortable giving that information out since I had not initiated the call...and he hung up. SCAM!

A man stating he was from MACY's called my husband's phone to ask me about a credit card at MACY's. He claimed had not paid my credit card. I hung up because I don't have any credit card at MACY's. Total scam. DO NOT answer this phone call. I am reporting this to the FCC.

This call is total scam. The scanmers were trying to get me to pay a late fee that didn't exist on a credit card I don't have. They tried to get my account numbers, asked for my social security number and my phone number. since I didn't give them any information they hung up.

FREE CREDIT REPORT! OMG! I've had this problem with them for the longest time ever! tells you you get a free report and but you need to go to their website and sign up...and you don't know it, you're credit card is charged every month! i reported them to BBB already. how come they still operate???
