I filled out an application a year ago at Costco, I never received the credit card I shopped once at Costco with the paper in lieu of card until card arrived which it never did, I have yet to receive one and don't want one from Citi and I have already paid off the balance a long time ago so I do not know why they keep calling when I have never received a credit card from them so how can I owe them any money.
