Within 2 days 2 different people have called, the last was 'Nick' also claiming to be from UPS. I haven't answered a single call, but they all went to my VM. This is ridiculous. If no one can do anything about these annoying calls, maybe should stop doing business with UPS? What does it take? Probably used my nu.ber to add more annoying calls to my phone. Who knows ? You haven't shown me anything different.

I keep getting phone calls from this number claiming to be providing a service to 'customers' but then their agent starts asking me for personal information to confirm my account. It's a phishing scam and it needs to stop.

This IS actually UPS.I reported a package lost to a supervisor and this is the number they called back from 5 minutes later after telling me they would call back.Calm down people...reporting as a scam when its real. Why dont you idiots call UPS and verify before making FCC complaints and posting Karen reviews

I have received several calls from this person that go to voicemail because I do not answer #s I don't have in my contacts. States wants to have a conversation about my shipping needs, activity & that I can have permanent competitive rates. Should call back to 866-252-1165 ext 102-3367. I ship so infrequently that this has to be a scam. I never returned any call.

This male was trying to tell me about a package, that I believe was sent to one our customers.He talked WAY too fast , and was extremely RUDE.I tried to call the number back, but it said this is a non working number.

He said his name was Freddy and he was a regional acct representative with UPS... he did not however know how much I had used the service recently nor how I had paid ... and he questioned these details...I quickly recognized he did not appear to work with UPS and hung up ...I then blocked the call number.

Man's voice stating from UPS regarding a package mailed July 30, 2020, return number 866 766 6894. Also gave a tracking number to reference. The call was garbled. I didn't answer or call back.

Claimed to be UPS lost package department. Gave me a fake tracking number for a date that there was nothing shipped.

They have called my personal cell phone 3 times. It is clear the person is not based in the United States, she indicated she was calling from UPS and wanted to have a'business conversation' with me about my service. I have tried to block the number but they do keep calling.

Phone at 9:19, 9:20, and 9:21. I work nights so this is a very unwelcome wake up and frightening - due to my family status. I have nothing I owe money to UPS for and am not expecting deliveries. Please get them to stop. Thanks

We do NOT have an account with UPS. The caller claimed to be calling about fraudulent charges to our UPS account. So how can this be a LEGIT number at UPS if we don't even have an account with UPS?? Obviously a scam.

Calling at 5:30 am on a SUNDAY. Does not seem legit.

Had an account number and the last 4 digits of credit card claiming to need payment and card did not go through. While still on the phone , i logged into our account to see if account numbers were the same. Asked him where i can find our account number and he hung up. So tired of these type of calls!
