I received a call from 319-470-4554 that left a voice mail message that it was amazon billing and fraud stating I had a purchase of $979.99. If I made the purchase, it would be charged to my card on file andto hang up, if I didn't make it to call 808-320-2230. I received a call from 319-470-7539 that left a voice mail with the same message.

It said it was from Amazon. If I had made a purchase fine and it would be delivered if I hadn't called this number for fraud prevention at Amazon

Exact same as first complaint. Fraud charge, same amount. Total scam.

received 8-31-21 saying it was Amazon fraud dept. that a puchase was made for 979.99 from amazon + if authorized will be shipped.Made NO SUCH Purchase

Said I have an order and if it wasn't my order call the number 808-320-2239.

states charges will go through on my default credit card and to call 'Amazon building at front prevention department which is toll free 808 3202239.' As if poor English and stupidity wouldn't alert someone...

Claimed I had ordered a $900 item from Amazon. I should call the 808 number to block the charge.

Claimed that there was a purchase pending on my Amazon account for $979.99. If I didn't respond shortly they would put the order through and charge my credit card that was on file. This was on our home phone answering machine. Neither my wife nor I made a purchase for this amount. Today, I called Amazon and they don't see this charge on either my wife or my account.

said from amazon and checking on a fraud purchase. was not from amazon and no such purchase

stating Amazon Customer Support and my account has been charged over $979.75 to my card on file. The main complaint is I do NOT have an Amazon Account or a Card on file. Then it states if there is a dispute I can call 808-320-2239, which I do not recognize the original call came for 513-254-7607

Received 2 voicemail messages from 2 separate numbers indicating an Amazon order that was going to be shipped unless I called the number listed as 808-320-2239. I did not call the callback number for Amazon fraud dept number but did check both numbers from caller ID neirher appeared to be valid. Will check my card on file just to be certain nothing is charged.

said I charged $979.99 on a Amazon card I do not even own and if was not correct to call 808-320-2239. Call was made from 765-532-4675

using amazon as the issue saying a purchase was made and to call back this number if the purchase was fraudulent

Says they are Amazon fraud and to call to verify a purchase

Voice mail left Call from Amazon Support saying had a $979.99 charge on my default payment card and call this number immediately if I did not make the charge. I did not make the charge and my account was not charged and I did not call either the number the call purportedly came from or number above...The call purortedly came from 614-314-4238.

Fraud! Caller left message regarding $979.99 purchase on my default card listed with Amazon. I have NO default card on record with Amazon.
