Received a phone call from 813.223.0800 answering machine stating that my electrical bill will be cut off within 30 minutes unless I pay it when transferred to a person. It sounded credible on how the customer service representative treated the caller. However, the failed to realize that I am very strict in paying know bills in a monthly basis. I did, however, recently changed phones which could have been a factor. But it wasn't! The person became hostile when I wasn't providing any personal information. Be very careful and thanks to those individuals that created this site for customers to be on the look out. Bravo Zulu!!!
