THE CALLER CLAIMS THEY ARE A BRANCH OF MY INSURANCE COMPANY BUT I HAVE NEVER SEEN THEM LISTED ON THE INSURANCE COMPANY'S LIST OF SUBSIDAIRIES. THE CALLER IS TRYING TO SELL VISITING NURSES SERVICES FOR COMMON EVERYDAY SERVICES. I HAVE A PCP AND AM VERY MOBILE AND AS LONG AS I AM I WILL GO TO MY PCP AND ANY OTHER DOCTOR OR FACILITY FOR MEDICAL CARE. I TOLD THEM THE FIRST TIME THEY CALLED AND NOT TO CALL BACK BUT I GUESS THEY MISSED THEIR HEARING TEST

They left a message saying they wanted to set up an appointment for an in-home visit by a nurse at no cost to us! There is no such thing...our premiums pay for this. We don't need a visit and you think they would stop calling. This is about the 5th call. They are not coming to my home and tell me what to do. I have a doctor who would advise me if needed. I am not an idiot, and am in very good mental and physical health. This gets VERY annoying.

Called me at 9:57am, 4 Dec 2015. Just got off the phone with my realtor and got a call from (855) 403-0967, so I answered thinking she was calling me back although my caller ID just said 'United States'. No one on the line so I hung up and blocked the number. Then the phone rang again this time (480) 477-1532 (caller ID said Arizona) so I immediately blocked it too. They left a message from Medicare Advantage Healthcare. Note I am NOT insured by this company!

We did not answer our landline when 855-403-0967 called instead our answering machine recorded a very long message from a mechanical female sounding voice telling us she was from our healthcare provider and needed to speak with us about additional services we are entitled to. The caller did not identify herself, or the company she was representing. SCAM/FRAUD/SPAM call. Make this STOP!

I felt very uncomfortable with this call, thinking it might be a scam and told him to call back later. Hd was very nice and said ok, left me his phone # to call if I needed too.

A man called me to make an appointment for a nurse coming to my house to have my health check up on next Wednesday is going on. He said that he calls from Medica or Medicare something like that. I'm so confused because I've just had my physical checked up few weeks ago! I called to medica's customer services, they said that i have no any appointment or plans to my home check up! 'On behalf of your Medicare Advantage plan' they want to send a nurse to your home for a superficial check-up and survey 'at no cost.' Why bother if you ordinarily see your doctor? Matrix gets money out of the Medicare system for that unnecessary inconvenience and intrusion. You get to waste an hour or two with them -- or you'll receive phone calls for months upon months because they're hoping you'll help them make some more profit. I blocked this number.

I told her I was capable of scheduling & making my own doctor appointments. I declined the service. Now almost every other day they are calling? It's annoying. This company has been calling my elderly parents 2 times a day with this home health visit. This Medicare Advantage plan sold my parents names to this company. It is really criminal when they bother the elderly with this scammer c**p. Never give your personal information to anyone over the phone no matter what your caller ID states or what they tell you. I had to block the number for them from this borderline harassment.
