this is a call center pushing BS claims

they called two people looking for the same person, one of which is non related. They calm to be trying to set up a delivery and gave a reference number. when called back on a un associated phone. they claimed to be a 'mediation company'. sounds a lot like a scam or a debt collector, however, they had ALOT of personal information about non related people.

Claims to have attempted a rapid delivery of a document requiring signature, but unwilling to send anything by mail. Scam.

They've been calling my family members claiming that I have listed them as 'Points of Contact' and wanting information.

I received a call from an Unknown caller, but the voice mail said their toll free # is 855-516-7746. I read the below messages and will NOT be returning the call. They told me they have a very important delivery and gave me a reference number. I think it's super shady, right off the bat, for a legit delivery company to show up on caller ID as 'unknown'. That was the first red flag - glad I read the below reports before going any further!

said i was being sued , needed information , had my sons cell # , told him they needed to deliver a package and told me a letter, then told me to verify who I was a nd I told them No , they kept calling back.

They called and said I was being sued for a payday loan. I do not have any pay day loans. Then they said it was from 2011 and I said well that is way outside the statute of limitations. She then said well it was not charged off until 2015. I then said the clock does not start ticking when charged off but at the date of last activity/payment. This is not a legit company since they clearly do not know the laws and limitations. Total scam.

Said they were trying to deliver a seal document and no one rrsponded to the door. Someone is always home. No info left saying they had a delivery for me at the address. Called my cell and spoke with me, was very vague. Gave me this # to call back with a ref #. Not about to call that number back now. Came up as restricted # on caller id.

They call threatening me and saying I owe $1,000 and must pay immediately. I asked for paperwork showing I owe that money and they said it's too late. I need to pay or I will be sorry !! Total Scam !!!
