This person called me at 7:00am PST questioning Me about a Med-Cal insurance application wanting me to tell them where I work, how much money I make, how many Bank Accounts I have and offered No information into who they were. Only told me they would set up an Appointment with a case worker for my Medi-Cal. I need to know if this is a Bill Collector or what???

She said she's from the health department and new everything about us already. trying to call her back and says the number does not exist anymore.

He said he was calling from San Diego Health and Human Services and needed to verify my address and asked for my dob and last 4 numbers of my ss didn't give any inf.

Is this the County of San Diego?If they need help reading documents they should leave a message, right

Said he was following up on my call to 211 regarding covid testing. After chit chatting he asked for my DOB to verify he was talking to the right person. I was already suspicious, especially since he had called twice before and didn't leave a message, so I didn't give it to him. He then asked for my last name and when I asked him shouldn't he already have it, he quickly ended the call.

They keep calling and don't leave a message. When you call back it's says a non working number

I answered and no one was on the other end. They hung up a few seconds later.

If this is a county number they should all be fired. Never leave messages. When you do answer and say nothing to see who it may be, the imbeciles are only silent, typing on their computers. Completely useless idiotic people. Or scammers. Either way, don't waste your time. Block the idiots.

The caller said she was calling from the Attorneys of San Diego asking for someone else. They needed first name, DOB, and last four of SSN, and address. She wouldn't say anything else or provide a reason for the call. 'Attorneys of San Diego' doesn't exist.

They call and never leave a message. They expect you to pick up as soon as they call or you end up missing your call. Leave a message. Let us know what you need. What we need to do. Have some courtesy. It's as if they do not care. If these are the type of people you have working there, you need to replace them with humane individuals.

Caller was a real person named Nicole; said she was with the County of San Diego concerning my cal- fresh application. Left a message she would call back in 5 minutes. Then called a third time until i answered; she wanted my birthdate and last 4- digits of my social security to verify my identity. The county would give their identity right away and not keep calling. Suspect a scam.

Delay like a robo connect. Then a human said 'hello'? When I asked 'who's calling, please' I heard typing and he hung up.Sound like he was checking numbers in order to sell an active list.

For the last 3 days I have had 2 calls a day from this # . They never leave a message. I called the # today and the recording said it used to be a SD County phone #.I just had a Covid-19 test a few days ago and am waiting for my results. I thought maybe they were trying to contact me, but after reading these comments, I'm more apt to believe it's scammers...

Both Animal Control and HHS have called me from this number. Today, I missed a call from the same number and they didnt leave a message, so I have no idea which agency to call back.

Called several times. Leaves no message. Next time I might just answer it. But if it was HHS or CPS or any local agency, they seem to have always left a message if it's important. So no message raises doubt in my mind..

Caller was a county social worker . Extremely rude . Maybe work on customer service client skills . I've worked with the county as a protective service worker and her customer service skills is unacceptable .

They called wanting personal information about my son. I tried to verify who the caller was and he hung up on me.

She said that she got recent calls from me remind you I did not call anyone and then she called me back and said yes you did.
