If you are even one day late, they call you. And when they call you, they call SEVERAL times a day. The first call today was at 7:36am this morning. Only chickens are up that early to take calls!

They call sometimes 3 or 4 times a day. This has been going on for 3 weeks or more.

I am up to date with all my Dell payments. They call me every day and never leave a message. I did answer one time and they immediately attempted to gain personal information as a (verification process).When I challenged them they immediately hung up.This matches all the profiles of a scam call.

Know that it is illegal to contact you for more than a certain amount a day/week. In Canada, if mentionned to them that the only contact you want is by mail, they are no longer allowed to call you! Legislation varies between provinces, but are pretty standard across the country.Also, debt collectors are by law restricted to call between 9pm to 7am. This law depends also by province.

This is a scam call stating themselves from dell and trying to get access of our account with dell.They ask for the verification of our identity and pretend to be real.Be aware of this number!
