I read these comments. It's not a scam. If you do a simple giggle search of Kia Motor Finance and go to 'contact us' it lists the number as their debt collection department. However, calling me 8 times in one day is Harassment. Wisconsin specifically states any debt collector may only call once a day regardless of it being the original lender or a collection agency.

A person called my place of business. They said they are calling from Kia Motors finance. She left an extension number to call back. I called and the the recorder ask to press 1 for Spanish, then there is another message in a language I don't recognize.-This is NOT a Kia Motor's Finance phone number- It is a scam. I work for KIA ** DON'T call the number back.

They call 3 to 5 times a day every single day even on a Sunday!!!! They do not leave a message so if the call isnt important enough to leave a message then the call isnt important enough for me to answer. This number calls both my mother and I anywhere from two to eight times a DAY. They never leave a message, and their insistent calling doesn't make any sense, since we're up to date on our Kia payments and are only two months away from paying the car off. It's gotten to the point of harrassment. If it's really a scammer impersonating Kia finance, Kia needs to step in and do something to shut this group down.

Too answer the question about something it..... Your cell phone service provider can block this number from coming through. If you let them know that your are basically being harassed by this number. They will block the number free of charge it if you simply tell them that you and being harassed and/or threatened. *hope this helps!Some one from this number called my cell phone 82 times last month. These people are so stupid. How many times do they have to be told they have the wrong number. Is there anything I can do to stop this?????

I received a call from this number before 8 this morning, saying they were KIA Motor Finance and asking for my personal information to verify my identity. I replied that I never give out personal info to people who call me, and asked what the call was about. I was told they couldn't tell me that until I gave them my info. Sorry!I then looked up the number and it is the KMF customer service number, so I just called them back. However, given the ease of phone number spoofing, I still wouldn't give any info to anyone calling from this number.

I keep getting calls from these idiots. They start at 8 am and don't end until 9 pm. Sometimes they call every 15 minutes. I am beyond sick of them. From reading these posts, it appears this is Kia Finance and that it does no good to answer. Remind me to NEVER buy a car from them. And I'll tell everyone I know what jerks they are.

Person said that they were a debt collector and that I did not pay my May Kia bill. Luckily I did not give them any information. I said I really think I paid that. And they questioned through who and then asked again if I'd like to pay now. I said no. I will pay through my bank thanks. And I hung up. I checked my May payment and sure enough I paid in full May 8th. Am going to call Kia tomorrow and complain and if it was then, I will look into refinancing my loan someplace else

This is indeed the phone number for Kia Finance Collections. I do not answer incoming calls on my prepaid cell phone, if I do not recognize the number. I usually check this site first before placing these numbers on my phones reject list or returning the calls. In this case, I used Google to check out Kia Financial and verified the phone number was from their collections and was legit.I did contact them and they, on receipt of my name and cell phone number informed me that calls would cease. I had not even had time to make a request for such. A short time after speaking to them, an incoming call again displayed their number so this time I answered it. They asked to speak with a person who was unknown to me and I told the caller such.She apologized for calling and told me my phone number would be removed from their calling list. No further calls have come in to me from them since.

My exhusband gave them my number and now they call me looking for him. I was awarded my car in the divorce but its in his name until its paid off. I tried to give them his information so they could call and harass him but they told me only he could give them that info. Then how the hell did they get my number since I didn't give it to them. This number called me. They asked for my boyfriend, I asked who they were, the guy didn't want to answer. My boyfriend is currently seeking a job, so I in my just-awokeness thought it was concerning a job, I gave them his number. The next day, guess who woke me up again?! AND it was the same guy! I had to ask him a few times who the heck he was. I told him my boyfriend hasn't used my number for anything, and the fact that this number was calling me was creepy. He kept asking for my bofriend's number, I told him that no, he'd call them. I already gave them his number and they're going to go and wake me up uselessly. The guy on the phone then had the balls to ask me if this was my cell phone he was calling or a landline. I just said, 'Yeah, ok.' and hung up. WHAT a creeper!
