Didn't answer the phone, but called back from a different number to see who it was. Was answered by an automated voice saying only, 'This call may be recorded or monitored.' Then I waited and a man answered with the company name: First Source Advantage. This is a debt collection service.

Received several calls from 866-517-0842 over the last several months. Always different callers all saying the same thing: first, an electronic voice says, 'This call is being recorded', then someone comes on the line asking for a person I don't know (same name each time). When I tell them that there is no one here by that name, they repeat for the recording, 'Then you say you don't know so and so?' The latest call was a friendly voice. I said I was in NJ and he said he was in NY but looking for someone in 'an oil state' (TX, OK, LA??). I told him I have received multiple calls and this time he said he would put a 'do not call' on my number (yeah, right!). Time will tell.

Called looking for my father. When I said they had his daughter, they asked for a better number. It felt fishy, so I asked for a name and number to have my dad call back. He told me he wasn't able to give me that, but he could call me back later. So I asked why he was calling, and he said he had 'confidential business information' for him. Huh. Confidential business information for a man who doesn't work because he's mentally disabled. Yeah right. Anyone who has real (legal) information on my dad knows they go through my mom, who is his legal guardian now. This sounds like someone who is trying to take advantage of a simple man who is easily confused! I'm not going to let these people talk to him!

Received a call (It's a recording) asking for someone from Phone #287-3495 (Unknown Name) on ID Caller. I selected 2 and it prompted to return call at 866-517-0842. Still did not get a name of company. I don't what its about but since I don't know the person, I won't bother to call the toll free number back. But, be aware the call starts with Phone #287-3495 on ID Caller and it doesn't include an area code.

Just called my cell phone asked for my mother who lives in another state. Would not give the company name and asked for a better number to reach her. I asked for the company name and he only repeated his name and hung up. In this day and age we are in with scam artists...all I say is good luck!

got a call from this # they would not tell me who they were just a company name I did not know. They said they had something for me from their office and would not say what. They asked for my birthdate and address, said they couldn't give me any information for what this call was about until I gave them my personal information. I told them I was not giving out any of my personal info., and they replied 'then we can't tell you anything'. So I replied with ' Then don't call me anymore'. They hung up.

Received a message from this number . Couldn't understand much of anything except they gave a website . I called and it went to a machine . I looked at the website and it went to different sites before landing on a loan application . Knew this was just people trying to spam

Calls every day, starting at 10:35am and multiple times through the day (1-866-517-0842) sometimes leaves a message that is half mumbled very hard to understand (Female) directing you to call (888-446-8457) with a reference number.The company is First Source Advantage-they specialize in (Harassment debit collecting) the authorities should put them in prison for harassing people on the phone day in and day out.
