Says it is Virgin Mobile Accounts Receivable department, when you call the number back.. My bills are always paid on time.. If it is a couple of days after I receive my e-bill, I get a reminder e-mail.. So I will be blocking the calls..

This is a scam. They are trying to get access to my Virgin Account.

I already spoke with Virgin about my slightly overdue balance and gave a payment date by which I will be caught up. Virgin was fine with this arrangement. This was all put on my file. The calls keep coming, hopefully blocking will work. THIS NUMBER NOT VIRGIN MOBILE CALLING THEY ARE SCAMMERS USING THIS NUMBER.

Just had this number call and ask Can you hear me? - Of course I replied yes. I've heard of this scam going around, they said it was Virgin Mobile but I'm doubtful...

actually virgin mobile. they just have terrible systems in place for communicating accounts to eachother, that and the idiots don't read notes on file.

They keep calling and calling sometimes 2-3 times a day but mostly in the evening. i never answer but those idiots dont remember that we dont answer
