This company keeps calling my work number with a recording from Dr. Rick Malcolm of Acurion Health. Annoying and troublesome that they have my work number.

The do not call list only applies to telemarketers. This company is calling you because you or someone in your family filled out information regarding a medical study. They are not selling anything or requesting money from you. They ask health related questions to determine if you qualify for particular studies. If you do not wish to receive calls from them, you have to tell them that you want to be added to their specific do not call list and they will honor your request.

I found him. He is Rick Malcolm, CEO of Acurian. You can get him directly by calling: 215-323-9000, then use the company's system to connect with an employee by keying in his last name. I recommend you call him and have him personally have your name and number taken off the call list.

They say that they are not a telemarketer, but they are calling me despite my being on the federal do not call list. They are located in Acurian, PA and seem to be looking for people with COPD to prey on.They only took me seriously when I told them that the homeowner was deceased.The phone number is 1-855-393-3577

We've been getting automated calls from this number for a couple of weeks, between 8 and 8:30 PM, eastern. The voice identifies himself as 'Dr. Rick Malcolm.' 855-393-3688. They say that they are not a telemarketer, but they are calling me despite my being on the federal do not call list. They are located in Acurian, PA

Called my home in Mass. several times including, again, this morning. Secret study for people suffering from arthritis offering money to participate - (the left the message). Not the first time and I am on the Do Not Call registry. What good is that thing?

We don't have Caller ID but we ARE on the Do Not Call list (several times over) and we keep getting recorded calls from 'Dr Rick Malcolm' and I am SICK OF IT! Bloody illegal scammer.
