Constant repeatedly unwanted phone calls from Direct Energy. I did take their call once and told them that I am not interested. I was a previous customer but reinterated my current supplier is not them. These fools have now pissed me off, I will NEVER be a customer of theirs again. They could be free and I would not pick them as a supplier. These are live idiots calling not robo calls.

I get a call from this number every single day several times a day and I'm just really tired of these people calling! Caller ID shows Renewed Energy , but when I answered this afternoon, i got a recording saying that nobody's available to take my call! And they're the ones who called me! Such a Nuisance!

MY LAND-LINE RECEIVES CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER AT LEAST THREE TIMES A DAY, STARTING AROUND 8AM AND ENDING AFTER 8PM IN THE EVENING, NEVER LEAVING ANY TYPE OF MESSAGE. IT IS GETTING TOTALLY OUT OF HAND. IF THEY WANT TO SPEAK WITH ME, THEY WILL HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE; THEREFORE, I CAN ONLY ASSUME IT IS A ROBOTIC CALL.

same call 3 times a day between 11am and 4pm, dead center when I'm trying to sleep, I work third shift. I've blocked this number 8 times now. wanted to tell them i was going to take legal action, so i called the number, and got put on hold for 30 minutes.

I get at least one call a day to push me to sign up with the company again. After taking 2 of the calls and repetitively telling them I was not interested, they keep calling every day. I have their number blocked on my phone now but I can see they are still calling. It's been going for 2 months now. NEVER will I use this company for my electricity delivery.

calls every morning at 9:30am and never answers

Said they were Direct Energy and my account had expired and I needed to renew with them. Same number had called me in November and I renewed my Electricity with them. I ended up hanging up this time and called Direct Energy directly. They said I had cancelled my contract with them in November and signed up with another provider. This is some sort of scam and I would NOT answer this number.

Several months ago I blocked this number due to it starting with 877. It still rings once a day. Annoying ....I don't know what their angle is, I just want it to stop.

They call at least twice a day. Usually ignore it and they don't leave a message. Answered two of the calls, said hello and received no response so just hung up. Beyond annoying!!!

3 different numbers from these people...Direct Energy, went to their website to send an email couldn't do it....you have to have an account with them, screw them.....Direct Energy may be legit but these people calling and using their name for the number calling is not legit.....they call at least 4 times/day....

I receive calls from this number at least 3 times a day and have for the past 2 months. I never answer and they never leave a message.

These pests have been calling me for several months, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. I blocked them months ago, but the calls continue regardless. DONOTCALL.GOV is a joke, but every time I receive a call from this number, I report it which is about every single day.

I first began reporting this number (877-341-7635) to DONOTCALL.GOV on August 28, 2020, but the calls began months before that date. Even though this number has been blocked for several months now, I continue to report these annoying calls to DONOTCALL.GOV every time I receive a call. Today I reported this number for the 62nd time. DONOTCALL.GOV's inaction is just as annoying as the calls themselves. Outrageous!

They call incessantly but don’t leave a message.

They called after 9pm and call every morning. I called them right back and got a recording saying I had reached them after business hours and to leave a message. Oh I left one. Told them they just broke the law by calling after 9pm (between 8am-8:30pm are the allowed time by law).

They call 7 to 9 times per week. When the answering machine picks it up, there is no message. When we answer personally, there is no one on the line. I called the number back and just heard music.

First of all, I am profoundly Deaf, so there's no way the Electric Department (as the person on the other end identified on my SignMail message through VideoPhone) would have known about my personal information since my actual electric company does not have my mobile VP number. Secondly, my signed recorded message specifically said that due to identity theft, only my first name would be identified and that I required FULL details prior to calling back. Electric Dept (without identifying the name of electric company) = SCAM Ugh!!

This number called my 13 yr old daughter telling her the electric bill was past due. Somehow they knew her name. They also advised her to look through her parents wallets for a credit card so the payment can be made to avoid shutoff. I called the number back and reamed out the lady who answered.

This caller if they get your number is unbelievably extreme HARRASSMENT. They have called me over 80 times. I sent the first one to voicemail and blocked them from there so it doesn't ring. I will never answer but they still call everyday.

repetitive calling me on my tracfone wasting my minutes disturbing my workday

These people called me telling me that they were my electric energy company & that my account had been cancelled. Most of the information that he had was wrong, so I told him I would call him back. I then called my energy company to see if it was legitimate & it was not. This man told me that he was from Gateway energy & it was a flat out lie.

Forgot to mention that they called me on my cell phone which the legitimate company does not have.

Call three times a day for the last month.

I have been getting 2-3 calls a day from this number. Each time they leave a voicemail for 5 secs. I have tried to ask them not to call as I don't want their business. I even blocked them but the voicemails still come through. I called back to get in touch with someone who can remove me but no luck as they just keep me in an auto message loop. I am fed up.

I called this number and the person answering the phone told me the company name is 'Direct Energy'. I explained that I have been pummeled with calls from this number. I've been told it will take 72 hours for this to take effect, so here's hoping I don't get these next week.

Direct Energy is a legit company with questionable business practice. They have people going door to door saying they're your energy provider and they want to save you money and take a charge off your bill. In actuality they just duped you into switching to Direct Energy. I'm turning their names in to BBB.

This is a debt collector and I don’t owe anyone anything.
