Asking for someone that is not me, doesn't even say who they are but to call them back

Received a call at 8:11 am from this number today. I did not answer as I did not recognize the number. When answering machine picked up they hung up the line with no message.

called 3 different times asking for 3 different people, once attempting to make it seem like a legal matter, once for my deceased husband and 3 other people I had never heard of and just today asking for someone by the name of Christine and asking if I knew her to please have her call their number. No anyone I ever heard of and definitely a fraudlnt call.

Calling for someone named Jeffrey Mitchell. I do not know anyone ny that name. They are certainly not at my phone number

This people are Driving me crazy They call everyday. They don't leave any message and it comes in all 000000000. And when I answer it no one is on the other in.

Called our office twice never said anything and hung up. I called the number and was on hold forever and then was hung up on before getting to speak with someone....so annoying when trying to work and you stop to answer the phone and then no one is there and they just hang up on you....waste of time and very aggravating...

They keep calling and neither of the phone numbers come up in the logs. They have left messages for Ariana and have told them it is not us and do not know here

My 12 year old daughter keeps getting calls on her cell phone from this number day and night. No message is ever left.

You answer the phone & there is no person or robot, just nothing. So annoying they call everyday multiple times a day.

Called one day and didn't leave message. Second day left message for husband (said name) or son (said name) to call back. Very broken English. Hard to understand. I googled number and saw the complaints about the number.

This number called saying somebody else should call them. This is a SCAM. block this number. do not call them. very suspicious.

I just happened to find this site after googling the phone number. I've been at home this week and I think they called every day. They ask for someone else. Yet at the beginning say the call is for me regarding someone else. Good I found this site and what others are saying. I hope there was a way to block the number on the landline.

Enough already this is phone harrassment.

I wish it was that simple. I have explained over 9 times that the number is wrong. The operators often hang up or simply 'yes' me. The service is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I have asked for a supervisor and everytime I am told 'this will be forwarded to another department.' Although I have never missed any payment and would never talk to Nuvell directly, I have decided that will never patronize any company that associated with Nuvell. And yes, I am researching their clients.

Same here, the call number keeps coming up as 000-000-0000. They call up to four to five times a day, and today is the first that this 888-673-8490 popped up.

I called the number back. It is Nuvell's automated dialing system. When you answer, the system puts you in a que, and the next available customer service person answers.

They call 2-3x daily for 2 weeks in a row. always leaves a similar voicemail from the same woman with an indian accent.

If you are getting these people calling you. Pay your bill. It will stop. It is not harassment when you owe them money. They are simply trying to collect an unpaid debt. The 12 yo probably has a phone number that was in use before she got it. They lost the phone and the number was recycled. Nuvell still has it in their system as belonging to the person who took out the loan. Simply speak with them and they will remove her name and number.

They have my name backwards. They call everyday sometimes more than once a day. It goes to voicemail and they leave a message. They don't identify what company they represent but they give me the name of two people to call back and ask for. Very strong accent so it's hard to understand the names. Of course I realize it is a scam so I don't call back

Calls all the time. My Verizon picks it up as SPAM.

They call my business 10-20 times a day. No joke, its phone harassment at this point. Generally, there isn't a person on the other end when I pick up. And if there is a person they hang up.

my loan is with national auto finance. i miss 1 payment (out of 17) by 14 days, NOTIFY THEM it's coming, & yet i get harassed day & night on my job, at home, etc. from a company i have NEVER heard of. how the hell do they just give your acct over without even letting you know!?!?!?! nuvell has low-lifes with NO phone etiquette working there. the rep i got told me i shouldn't have spoken to a customer service rep at national b/c i'm in collections. HOW THE HELL DO I KNOW THAT IF NO ONE TELLS ME!?!?! stupid idiots.

it is Nuvell financial, they seem to be Experiencing problems... i get a call every month from this # about my truck payment.

How?

the number 888 673 8490 constantly calls me after i have personally told a few of the operators they have the wrong number. i have also stated if they continued to call without taking me off their calling list, i will report as harrassment

They never listen!!! They just say 'whatever liar' and use curse words and shout and call my 12 year old daughter a deadbeat!!!!! Then when I get on the phone they curse ME OUT TOO. I am getting my lawyer involved.
