Taking $12.95 from my bank account!! It is fraud!! I do not know who it is or what it is for. Says i owe a balance of $865.99. Will try to block it with my bank.

This company is charging my account $12.95 a month. I never signed up for it or have even heard of it. I want a refund. This is fraud. A different phone number appears on each statement from Florida. When I call they tell me to look for the email that I signed up with. I didn't sign up with them. They are not in my email. The company name is Ocenture, LLC. FRAUD
