I’ve been getting a call from this number it appears to be a bank it is a Robo call and if you listen enough it Will start listing stores like Victoria’s Secret on anon very annoying they keep calling I blocked number So I called them back and they were going through the list of stores and I press zero and got an operator and she asked for my name and I said no you don’t need my name I want you to take my phone number off your Robo calling list I’ve been getting multiple calls from this number and she gladly did so but then she asked for my name again and I said you don’t need my name because I have no affiliation with these people and then she said they will correspond by mail almost leading you to asking them another question like what do you mean by mail is this my bank or something so it’s a complete scam and she knew exactly what to say

This company handles what sounds like any and every line of credit at malls in the stores. They called me cause i never got my 1st hot topic bill and i had to listen to numerous places they handled the cards for. THey take care of my hot topic card and Victoria Secret cards. If you have one of them or an account from a mall store then answer as most likely you forgot to pay a bill.

Comenity holds most (but not limited too) of your Mall-related cards such as Buckle B, Hot Topic, Victoria Secrets, and so on. If there is not an active card listed in your name/phone number you will not receive calls for this number. They do not solicit. There's a different number that will call for that sort. This is not a scam. Answer. If you are unfamiliar with the card, better have your credit report checked for fraud.
