I received exactly the same call. Holly Jones and the same reference number. 50703. She was calling from the 'Processing Department' as well. No company name provided. Caller ID says she called from (203) 518-5273

I just received the same reference number 50703.I have the federal government on it.CFPB

It's a federal student loan payment office. I received the same exact call and they left me a message for Michelle Massenburg when this is not her number. I've asked them to remove me from their call list on the first time and they're not listening. Looks like I'll have to put a lawsuit against them. Here in Florida, it's $1,500.00 per call.

I received a phone call and on my cell phone that showed the no number just 'Unknown' this made me check further and there is a voice mail. It was about student loans and the voice mail said who to call with the phone number of 949-763-5396. So I called the phone number and was told that their company was Student Loans. Reducing my current loan. SCAM SCAM SCAM! I have never had a student loan in my life. Beware.

This is a well done scam. Also received the same phone call from 949-763-5396 with the reference # of 50703. 'Holly Jones' voice is well done and the recording sounds really legitimate but if you look it up its a big scam. Also i don't have and student loans left.

I received a voice mail from Holly Jones in the Processing department with some good news about payment options on my student loan. The phone number to call back was 949=763-5396 and the reference ID I should give is 50703. I do have a student loan but I thought it was strange that the name of the lender was not given. ( Mine is a government Stafford Loan) looked up the number and my suspicions were correct. It is a scam. I will block this number on my phone.

Received a message about my student loans and how they have great news about new payment options. I do have student loans but I decided to look the number up first because I have been scammed already on other things and didn’t want to be again. It appears others have received the same do not even have student loans. Plus she said she was from the Processing Dept. and gave no company name. That seems vague and fishy. And her name is Holly Jones. Could be made up. This is not my first call like this, I have ignored the rest but since I have received multiple calls, I thought I would see what I could find out.

I also just received the same call. Same person, same call back number, same 'good news', and the same exact reference number (50703). If this was real, then we would be given different reference numbers.

I just received a call from Holly at the processing department as well. Glad I came to investigate before calling back. I am going for Bachelors in August but do not have any student loans as of yet. I wasn’t sure if this was legitimate or not.

One other strange this about the call is that the number on my caller ID was from Maine (207-387=9437 and the number I should call was in California.

I just received the same call as the person before me stated. From Holly about student loans. Claims to be from the processing department. Only issue is, I have no student loans. Scam obviously and will be blocked.
