My Childs bank account was debit from PayPal kayvincent 35314369001 on 24/9/2015 for £8. Don't know anything about it bit going to rbs to find out what this transaction is.

This number is apparently owned by PayPal but it is used to commit fraud. My last Amex statement had a small amount charged to this number without any retailers name. It was totally unauthorised and Amex have credited me back so full marks to them. I notice there are posts on the web about this, going back to 2009, so it has been in operation for at least 8 years. Be aware!

Number belongs to Paypal regarding some limitations they've put on my account. It was a mistake, so the issue was solved.
