called 3 times today from different numbers rang twice then they hung up, won't be calling them back and blocked all numbers, bet they will use another

Silent call from +381637714710, which is a Serbia phone number.They do a silent call in pourpose, to trick you to call back and pay for an international call, be careful its a scam, warn your relatives, my grandmom received this call and she would have called back for sure.

Inadvertently, an unsuspecting victim calls the number back. An individual answers the call and tries to prolong the conversation under some pretext. Just received 3 calls from this number after one ring they put it down and just checked my call log it tells me I have made a call to this number for 5mins and 30seconds when I didn't happened just now will get in touch with my mobile company to see if I've been charged for the call looks like a scam
