Had a call from this number today saying someone had tried to buy a phone on my Amazon account and they had sent me emails. IT IS A SCAM. I contacted Amazon and they hadn’t emailed me and there was no suspicious activity on my account

Man phoned from this number just now saying his from Amazon. This was a scam call, I hung up.

Asian lady said she was from Amazon and that a purchase of £700 had been made on my account last night. I hung up, obvious scam. Checked my amazon account and all is fine

As others have said, guy said he was from amazon but obviously not, I reported the number to Amazon

I had a call today 9th January 2021, saying that someone from overseas had ordered a £600 phone on my bank account. They tried this before saying it was bought on my Amazon account, and when I said I didn't have an Amazon account they rang off. So trying now to get my money another way. You can say it's a scam, I say they are thieves.

I had a call from 01174057152 today from an Indian/Asian man saying he was from Amazon and someone had ordered a phone on my account and asked me to check my computer. I told him I would get in touch with Amazon myself. I asked what his name was and he replied why do you want my name. I put the phone down and checked my account everything was ok..definitely a SCAM....

Same as all the other reporters on this number: Asian sounding guy claiming to be from Amazon security. I have had this type of call before with the same M O. Don't be fooled by these criminals, just hang up and report it.

Received a call from this number @ 12.31 today. It was a 'garbled' message, which I couldn't understand. There was also allot of background noise; probably a call centre.Looks like it would have cost me if I had rung them back.

Just had call from female Asian claiming to be from Amazon another scam

purporting to be from my bank regarding the removal of money from account

Claimed to be from Amazon saying someone had ordered a phone on my account. She hung up on me when I started asking awkward questions. I can't work what they can achieve but it sounds suspicious.

Two calls in the last hour one from 01174057152 Asian man from Amazon then hung up probably hoping I would call back the other was a Asian woman saying I was spending 1040 pounds then hung up that number is 07164006024 Do not call numbers back there most likely to be scams
