Yes, I've been charge £12.50 so far for something I didn't sign up for.

I have just discovered 6 charges of £2.50 each on my EE phone bill. EE have blocked any future charges from this number but said I have to contact company for refund. I rang the number and reluctantly entered my mobile number and spoke to someone who has promised to unsubscribe me and refund the £15 by cheque within 10 days. I now have to wait and see what happens!

I (apparently) signed up for their service by clicking on a banner!!! Then got a text to say 'text STOP', which of course I did not do, as everyone advises not to do this unless you want to be bombarded with marketing texts, spam, scams, etc. Have been charged £3.75 per week for 13 weeks via my EE phone bill before i noticed. Zamano have 'unsubscribed' me and promise full refund by cheque within 10 working days....we'll see.

do not call this number 01223590555 which was given to me by my network provider as you incur more charges.this has to be stopped by the networks as the company dod not have any useful contact details available.

Don't now how they do it but after speaking to my mobile provider they have taken a regular sum from me, this sum being included within my monthly direct debit to my mobile supplier.I have today text STOP to the number as directed by my mobile provider.What recourse do I have?

scam artist, send porn sh**e to your fone and say that you subscribed to it. waiting for a cheque of them for the money they stole off me, dirty scum bags

Receiving texts from this number and charging me I have never signed up to anything when you ring this number (as advised by virgin)it asks to enter your phone number which I am scared to do, this is a scam and needs stopping!asked virgin to block the number which they say they can't and it doesn't give you the option to do this on your phone....furious!

Pleased to report that I have today received a cheque for £18 from Zamano refunding me all of the charges billed to my EE mobile phone account. Well done Zamano for keeping their word.

How did you get in contact with them and how did they get your number as I am having the same issue and would like a refund

These scamming blood sucking a*** holes have taken £25 out of my account without my permission.. EE have blocked them and refunded the money.
