These people are very persistant, continually saying I must pay for internet access straight away. Their phone calls are driving me mad. I will not pay as I do not pay people who decide to phone me and demand payment.

Very persistent. Phoned many times and very pushy. Will be letting Action Fraud know. She says it for Google for the past year. Any advertising is normally in advance not a year in arrears.

Had the same trouble with ukbusinessprofiles demanding payment of £359.99for advertising that had been cancelled in 2016, the woman called sarah very aggressive and harassing myself and my staff saying we had to pay up so tried to ring back on the numbers she gave us but no answer or always engaged and all she says is they are verybusy. Asked for copy of contract and she put the phone down. 6 nov 2017

Just had someone called Sophie from UK Business Profiles ring me demanding immediate payment of a bill For £359.99 apparently for a second year on Google - the bill she sent me via email has no company number or vat number and its a hundred pounds more than what we paid first time!! I have tried to ring her back after some minutes after refusing to pay it until the boss was informed, but you just get an extention number & no one answers it. Is this a scam?

Just had a several call from Sharon manager demanding £350.00 for a google account saying its urgent. I sent these people a letter closing this so called account last year she said it doesn't work like that they have to close the account when you've paid!

30th May 2017 Received several calls over the past week from Veronica. Same as those above, claiming that we owe them for our current account. Not the case. Very pushy and intimidating. Told to call back the above number as it was imperative that I paid. No chance.
