Cold caller - nobody needs me from manchester, I answered the phone and i muted myself and waited to see what was going to happen and all of the sudden, She was screaming down the phone saying ‚Äòhello, Is anyone there‚ÄôüôÑ
XXXXX caller. I had some indian man on the other hand ask me how my evening was going and then hung up on him. To be blunt - I would have said something not so nice but not worth the energy. Just block the number if you have the ability to do so.
I messaged O2s Twitter account and they confirmed this number belongs to O2. It isn't fake but it was a marketing call. If you have been called by this number it is likely that you signed up to use a free WiFi hotspot operated by O2.
This number has called me about 5 times in the last few days. Never answered but left a voicemail reading out other people’s mobile numbers (clearly didn’t realise my phone had gone to voicemail) THEY WONT STOP CALLING BLOCK BLOCK BLOCK
Had this number call me multiple times. The scam could lead to malicious intent of theft from bank accounts via gift card as most scams go. If ANY company requires payment if gift cards, Immediately end the call and if needed hand the number into the police should they want to investigate.
Claims to be with o2 has called multiple times am not with o2 nor have I ever been. Ask for details offering good deals. Generally irritating and harassing. Calls once or twice a week for the last 4/6 weeks.
