Asian man claiming to be from telephone preference management company. Told him his call was illegal and he said it wasn't because I was a subscriber and that was he got my number. Told him it was a load or rubbish and that I was reporting him to the police. Asked him for his number, which he gave as 012393914, 1471 did not confirm it. He rang off.

This Asian person called Saying he was from Telephone Preference Service, and was trying to obtain debit card details to renew the service. The first time he called my husband answered, and they immediately put the phone down, so they may prefer to try and con females.

I’m having them ring up every half an hour but it always came up as international until this last call. Told them I was recording the telephone conversation, they soon ended the call!! Hoping now I’ve blocked the number it will stop this total scam!!!

Calls for a person but when I mention no one here by the nameless puts phone down. This happens twice daily. By the background noise and asian sounding voices in the background, this is a call centre, I have had people phone me from this number in the past. A man phoned just now asking once more for e person by name and told him no one here by that name, stop calling this number...well,we will see if this works

Says they are from Telephone Preferencing, all sorts of excesses for call. I informed him I was already registered with TPS and it is a free service, still argued so I hung up. Still calles everyday, my husband told him the same. Called again today so I told him I had reported him to Action Fraud at which point he hung up. Also called on 01623 270178 so looks like them bought a bank on numbers. Both blocked. Complete scum
