I chose option 2 last week to remove me from their system.They continue to ring me.The company calls itself HDS (this could be any limited company who chooses to use HDS as a trading name) who are allegedly calling 'on behalf of' Carphone Warehouse.I am so sick of repeated cold calls to my mobile every time my tariff is up for renewal that I've dropped Orange altogether and have started a new contract/new number with a different provider.

Same story, they ring and say they are acting on behalf of Orange. Now I know they are lying, I'll tell them where to go.

whatever you do dont go through with an upgrade via them they are not orange and you will lose any insurance or discounts you already receive direct from Orange, they got me a couple of years ago and when i spoke to Orange they actually fixed my contract for me and said to not use anybody outside them as they always put you into higher contracts than you want or need

brilliant done me a deal cheaper than the network!

I said I would cause all manner of pain if they called again.

Automated message about renewing my orange contract. Has called every day for the last 5 days.

My Orange phone contract is up for renewal, they are ringing me at least 3 times a day. I dont answer but they have tried 3 times a day for the last 3 weeks! They dont give up

called me twice saying its orange and i am due an upgrade,says press 1 to speak to orange press 2 to be removed from the call list,twice i have pressed 2 but they keep ringing me.
