my family are covered with this company for more than 3 years now very reliable, very helpfull every time we have a problem

Claimed to be from Sky. Offering to reduce insurance for sky box. All okay until want money. They want it by credit card. When said why need payment when already pay by direct debit, if lowering policy why need to alter payment method, they give lots of excuses.

Once again it sounded like a scam, just real them off a load of lies let's waste there time and make them rake up a large phone bill. These people should be procecuted.

Uk tv care Scam claiming to work from sky offering tv insurance cover. Scammed my dad out of his payment. All numbers on paperwork dont ring . Cancelled within 14 day cooling off period. No correspondance off them at all.

My dad who has Alzheimer's and ended up giving them his bank details. They took 130.00 out of his account and now we can't get the money back because the phone they gave us on a letter just goes dead we have sent an email but received no reply. They are called U.K. Tv care please don't fall for these insurance scammers like my dad did. Does anybody know how we could get this money back

In response to earlier complaints; this number belongs to UK TV Care; which does not mention that it is affiliated to Sky Protect. It is, as, at least, one of its directors is on the board of Sky Protect, too.

Have received at least 3 calls from this company & each time I demanded they remove my details from their database & not call again. I am registered with TPS. They imply they are calling from sky but in fact they are TV Care UK. Don't answer phone to them.

These people are scammer uk tv care ltd they took 252 from my bank they are not authorised

Pretending to be Sky and selling insurance by stating we've a no-call out for three years. Ha. We have, but as they clearly didn't know about it, it was obvious they were a scam. Chap on the line sounded utterly bewildered to be dragged off script as well.
