Fake HMRC agent. So funny they call me week after week saying they will arrest me and never come to arrest me! haha

Just received a call from Janet Woods on this number from HMRC who needs me or my Solicitor to call her back urgently...what a joke!! Unfortunately there are some vulnerable people who might think this is real.

Fraudsters calling from this number targeting people stating that they are calling from HMRC and demanding money to pay. Gullible people might become pray to these fraudsters. this needs to be investigated and catch them before many lose their precious hard earned money.

They said I need to pay around £4000 to HMRC as I aways been employee and paying my taxes monthly!

Just received a call from this number and a message left which I have no listened too. Going to what has been said previously. I shall take no notice of the message.

Silent long pause then like answerphone automated sound said goodbye

HMRC does not contact you in this manner. Fraudulent, harassing and pressuring type of scam. Ignore

Exactly the same as the previous person who reported it this morning. Voicemail of an American female claiming she was from HMRC and threatening dire legal consequences if I didn't call back. A laughably obvious scam, but they wouldn't keep doing it if they didn't get some response, so beware...

I received a call from the above number, which is not a number that I recognise. The woman at the end of the call left a message telling me that this is a message from HMRC and I need to return the call with my solicitor otherwise they will be forced to take action against me. I google the number and it came up as a scan. I would like to report, this is very intimidating and it is harassment.
