scam national insurance number call from automated message

No one bothered saying hello, just took ages and then someone asked about national insurance number - i hung up

I pressed the option to speak to someone, and despite the very strong overseas accent the conversation was convincing that I had a fraud case, NI would be suspended, warrant out for my arrest... etcWith me driving I asked for a call back later to have a proper chat and get some specific details on the case. The call has never come back. To be safe I called the court and they said it was 100% a scam.

I have received several calls from this number with several months interval - it is a scam.

Me too and when I ring the number back it comes up saying family and civil court but can't get through

Automated call started saying something similar to the last report. I disconnected before hearing more

I received a recorded message telling me not to ignore the message or my NI would be suspended. I googled the number and various forums with similar reports have appeared but also Birmingham Civil Court. No idea why.
