fitness.bounce.mobi have been taking £3 a week from my account for 6 months. They need to be stopped. Debbie Elliott

How can these people be allowed to access your payment set up from the ee service with your contract? ee must be at fault here. I to have received a text with the number to text stop to but am scared to do this as it may actually be the generation of them taking the money from my account.

Owned by PM Connect, Directors are Scott Peter Smith and James Russell Tennant Macfarlane. They are registered at Basepoint Business Centre, Isidore Road, Bromsgrove, B60 3ET. If anyone lives in that area it maybe worth paying them a visit. It may just be a registered office but may lead to private address of one or more Directors.

I've been conned by these people aswell. I have never received a text giving me the option to opt out and am fuming. Vodafone don't give a toss....just tell me not to click on pop ups!!! I'm going to bbc watchdog as Vodafone are useless

I even do not know what bmfood is. they have taken my money and it looks i cannot top up anymore as theyll continue to take. who do i report this case to?

I've just had the same thing happen to me and happy to assist anyone who is willing to take this further as Vodafone have refused to reimburse any payments. I didn't even receive a text or email advising of the payments and looking into it, the app charges are for an iPhone product when I'm an Android user. Payments have stopped but this is a serious security breach. I lost £30 over a two month period...

My grandchildren probably clicked once on a link that popped up when they were playing a game on my phone. Ended up with £20.00 taken out of my EE account. Rang them and got directed to Bounce games. Turns out I was ringing a third party . They were very helpful -- but it took four more calls before I got a full refund via Paypal. Devious company. Avoid at all costs.

Money was taken from my account and I was told I would receive the money back - they have continued to promise and nothing has been done.

Just got my ee statement and 2 x£3 has been taken from my account. c ifitness. ee state I have to contact the third party. And pay more! No chance. Going to ring ee and see what they have to say. And put a block on paying for anything like this. Not happy. Surely it's against the law?

I Had text from Bounce Games and they said if I don't text stop to 60762 they will charge me £2,50/wk but I didn't reply straight away contact EE and they blocked this number and this kind off account - so no extra charge going to be made from my account and if you have been charged please contact EE they will refund your money

On top of this i have checked my ee account and it seems that they have been charging me 4wks already.

My husband called Vodafone to query his high phone bill and was told he was being charged £3 per day from a company called ifitness. He knows nothing about this and has phoned the above number to stop any further bills from them. How do you go about getting a refund of the illegal money they have taken from the account?

This company have changed me and they say I have subscribed to a gaming site called demon games, when I explained in don't play games they then said it must of been my children, I don't have children. O2 won't take responsibility, I spoke to the company today and said they will refund via PayPal, I don't have PayPal. Can anyone give me any advice, are they regulated by anyone? I'm going to report oi to the phone regulators too

Trying to ring this company now as EE wouldn’t do anything about this. I can see £2.50 per week, every for over a year!!!!! Started 2nd October 2018 in the morning apparently, I have been told to contact [email protected] who apparently will look into this. I have a feeling though I will get mugged iff
