If this is spark energy (I dont know i blocked the number now) they billed me ¬£150 for 12 days service when i moved into this address, They are not getting a penny from me. Voicemail message was left though which was automated.
Switched over to different energy company within 24hrs of signing with them due to bad reviews.. However they have sent me a ¬£50. 43 bill and keeps harrassing me with phone calls and texts messaging.. Awful company
Such a stress causing company. If you don‚Äôt pay the bill the very day you receive it you receive daily texts, Phone calls etc. Thankfully don‚Äôt have my email address. There treatment is literally harassment - I‚Äôve never paid late btw, They just expect payment the exact day they bill you - they really need to back off a bit with customers, Especially right now when so many people have financial problems
Spark have harassed me everyday by email, Text and telephone calls. They are demanding money for an account I do not have for a property I don‚Äôt live at. I‚Äôve complained but they just ignore everything I say.
Harass the life out of me for ¬£60.. I pay my bill on the same date every month but literally have been bombarded with texts about it several times a day and now automated phone calls too. I think I may just answer a call in the hope's it will put me through to a real person so they can receive some much needed words of wisdom for their horrendous behaviour xx
Calling 3-4 times per day. Leaving the occasional voicemail, Not explaining who‚Äôs calling but stating press one if you have your account details, Etc. I have no idea why they keep phoning, It‚Äôs really infuriating!
I've tried to close the account many times (inherited from previous occupant of the house) It's like they make up a number and charge you that amount! Spark went into administration 2018 and taken over by another company, But still trading as Spark - had nothing but trouble from this company
Non stop harassed me since I moved for a bill iv already paid, Constant emails, Phone calls and text messages at least one of each a day! Its ridiculous! Don't go with this company! Just block the number
Do not go with spark energy, I‚Äôve told them il pay off my final bill the date I move! I have the money to pay off, I‚Äôve had nothing but harrassment and stress off them. Made agreement as they refused my switch over a month ago now this was yday. They was ment to msg me to show the agreement we discussed instead I got a call and ac message with extra on my bill. Told them to cut me off, Instead they charge me more and don't allow me to switch
