Just been called by this number buy what I can only say was a man speaking in very poor English, could have been an Indian accent saying that our Sky Router has been sending error messages back to Sky for the past 2 days. I asked them to explain the issues I am allegedly having in a letter and then post or via the email that they have on record for me and then hung up.
Call claiming to be from Sky re my broadband speed. Wanting me to enter a Windows CMD I felt uneasy so said I wanted to check by ring Sky myself via their help line. It would appear that this is a scam. Beware.
