Potential scammers as they would not positively identify themselves without me giving my security details.Why send me an email asking me to call if you are not expecting that call and prepared for it?Suspicious practice or else very poor customer service.

I signed into sky and they were offering Sky talk Sheild for free as I have sky talk and broadband. I installed it without any problems. Later on I received an email asking me to call this number as there were a few things that they needed to know. I called and was told that it was sky, but the service I needed was closed until 9am tomorrow. I just feel something is amiss. A gut feeling.

I received an Email at midnight asking me to phone this number urgently! Sky do not operate phone lines at this time surely! Going to ring Sky customer services in the morning, something just not quite right about being contacted so late.

Had a email from sky to call this number after i ordered sky shield....was worried it was a scam but phoned sky and it is used after placing an order
