Phone message left told me Sky engineer was going to call.I returned call and spoke to a polite Sky adviser with foreign accent who had access to my account then attempted to sell me additional Sky packages.

Continually phoning but don't say anything

Every day, from 8 am to 9 pm, up to 4 times daily, pick it up, nobody there. Now got a phone that can block and/or monitor calls. Blocked now

Rings at least twice a week,

I had a message saying they are ringing from Sky about my service appointment. Then they ask to press 1, 2 or 3 to confirm, change, or cancel the appointment. I do not have Sky, never had Sky and never will have Sky so assume it's some sort of scam. Beware.

Had 6 calls in 2 days from this number. We don't even have Sky

I made a call to Sky to this number for getting my SkyBox working. Man chatted a lot and asked me irrelevant things. Call cost me £3.25. Calls to this number are supposed to be free for SkyTalk customers but not for Sky TV customers. I'm with BT phone contract.

I am sick to death of this number being on my phone bill from my broadband package with the Post Office and I am having to pay for this number ! The Post Office wouldn't trace this number for me but told me to look it up on Google ! I am a customer who is paying for their service why should I have to trace this number, why can't their engineers trace it then tell me who the company is and block the number ?

This is advertised as a FREE CONTACT NUMBER however it appears that it's not . Surely this is illegal . This should be removed from the web and reported .

This lot are desperate as keep calling me but my phone guardian blocks. I called sky as thought it might be an engineer to confirm visit for next day, spoke to sky agent who did not appear to have a traditional uk accent. He was uninterested and reassured me the engineer would call anyway even if he could not get through to the landline. I've since had another call which has a 00 at front therefore assume overseas call centre (perhaps for sky) and wonder about security of our personal data.
