scam pretending to be a law firm, to do with a car accident

Scam. Called and I thought it was a call from someone I know but turns out it's a scam.

Had this call today after putting an ad on gumtree like another comment I've seen on here it's a scam have a laugh just make noise they dont like that

Ringing like it’s in a different country

this number ran to say my National Insurance number is being used by someone else

Just called me, with a very very strong Indian accent claimed to be from XXX Recovery. Couldn't understand what he was saying, asked three times to repeat the name of the company that he was purporting to call from, then I said who are they? And he hung up. Then I searched the number found this website and read the other reports. I have recently put ads on Gumtree so maybe that is where my info came from. Might go delete my gumtree account now!
