Had 2 texts yesterday (17/4/17) about broadband and phone line but didn't say who it was from. Have now identified it as PLUSNET but already disappointed with service before being connected! Hope I don't regret leaving BT

Received a text saying my fibre will be set up in the next 48 hours but got a bit panicked as I had originally set up with another company then cancelled within the cooling off period but hoping now after reading this that it is indeed Plusnet.
