Charged £5.00 for 10 min call, most of the time on hold. Haven't had tax rebate yet so think it is a scam number. Do not use this number HMRC should get it taken down.

I had to phone about not getting my tax allowance. At no time was I told there would be a charge for doing so. It cost me £21.75 and most of that time was on hold. HMRC should be ashamed. The number given on my pension slip was given as an 6nknown number!

Cant believe this !! how the hell can they get away with i was charged £6.80 and got nowhere , i actually have had to phone again and so i will be charged again , i didnt know the charges or i wouldnt have done robbing bas**** !!

DO NOT ANSWER!I Answered to an automated fake HMRC warning that if i didn't select one there would be a warrant out for my arrest.I hung up immediately but according to my phone bill they somehow kept the line/call open for 46 minutes costing me £34!Phone company are not willing to help even though it is an incoming call scam!

42£ charged on my bill, waiting time and the guy every time asked the same questions over and over. Not sure if this is a real HMRC number or scam. Hopefully my tax is sorted. He apparently new where i was working.
