This is a federal prison number. The prisoner is not necessarily in DC. My friend is in California and this is the number he was assigned today to use to call me.

It said to except this free collect call from a prison inmate and the persons name said David Blake i have not excepted the call and this number calls me daily for the past week I don't know anyone in prison nor by that name.

If your wife is getting the calls she's wanting to receive them. They're accepted by the receiving party so both parties are agreeing to whatever transpires on that call maybe you should take a look at home before accusing only the caller!

The phone calls from this number is definitely from a federal prison. Its the phone calling system used by the federal prison system through out the U.S. i receive phone calls from Inez, Kentucky The Big Sandy federal prison from a real inmate ..its not a scam or telemarketer .. U can block this number by pressing 7 when the call is being announced so no one should have any harassment frm this number ..simply press 7!
