I called Microsoft and they called me back from this number. They helped me set up 365 office for business. They are legit. You can never be too careful these days.

said they were from microsoft, called 3 times today already asking for an 'Ada', which I keep telling him we don't have anyone at the company by that name, and then just says thank you bye..not legit.

Our office in The Netherlands has been called twice or more daily by this telephone number.claiming they are someone from Microsoft. What do they want?

This number is Office 365 support - this is a legitimate number so unless you want to miss your support call, I suggest you answer the call.

Well, it's seems like scam - I have seen enough clips of technical support from XXX with heavy Indian accent involved. Also, I was called outside working hours (and outside working day) of technical support for my country from number that claims to be from USA (we have local Microsoft support). Moreover this number does not appear anywhere on Microsoft site: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2

Vrijdag 6 april 2018 heb ik een request ingediend bij Microsoft inzake Office365, Outlook.Binnen 24 uur (weekend niet meegeteld) verwacht ik dan ook een telefoontje van Microsoft.Zojuist (maandag 9 april) ontving ik van 0012064299176 (Washington State) een telefoontje. Er wordt niets gezegd. De verbinding werd na 30 seconden verbroken. Verder heb ik maar niets gedaan.

Claimed to be Microsoft - Actually seemed genuine. Email came from mailto:[email protected] All links in email seemed to point to the correct Microsoft page, eg. https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Renew-Office-365-for-business-8d83b530-f4ca-47f6-a666-e5791cbacc7e?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=USI didn't think Microsoft ever rang people...
