This number called me saying I had recently purchased Lowe's gift cards on my Kohl's card and that they were directing me to their fraud reporting department since I never did that, but once there they insisted I give them my Kohls card number before continuing to discuss the charges. I hung up right away

I was led to believe I had a Kohls charge to pay. They tried to get as much info from me immediately and when I noticed they were not even following the normal scripts and referring to me as 'it' I decided to hang up due to extremely poor customer service. Since then I have received multiple calls from another Texas number every day that do not come up as Kohls numbers online, like this one does.

It's robo call. I called back anonymously. It is set up with different options you can choose. One asks for full social another asks for your date of birth. When I intentionally messed up I got a real person that answers 'Thank you for calling Kohls', gives a fake name and bogus ID number (I called a few times). SCAM.It comes in under another number 262-704-8208 also. I receive several calls a day/everyday.
