Called my work phone when I answered it was all static. Kinda weirded me out

Very frequent calls needs to stop

Got calls from 617-213-1531. After several instances, I was annoyed by the calls and called back. A guy answered my call and wanted to sell me insurance quote. I asked where he got my number and he answered 'Do you speak English?' and hang up the phone. This guy (judged from the voice) later called me from another number (503)305-3875. When I asked him how he got my cell phone number, and he again asked again 'Do you speak English?' and then hang up the phone.

Calling me every day now several times a day and when I call back it hangs up on me. Said she was Wayfair. Infuriating.

Got the call to my cell. I do not answer when I do not recognize a number. I will look online and generally find that I am glad I don't answer. Thanks for all those that posted about this ahead of me. I will put this number in my cell and label it spam...so if/when they call back I will know.

Called number back and got a message saying 'Your call is very important to us, please remain on the line and an agent will be with you in a moment' and started playing techno as the ring tone. Waited like 6 minutes and realized what I was doing and I hung up. Obviously my call wasn't important enough! If you get a call from this number I suggest you ignore it and block it!

I got someone on the line. It was Jerry with Nation Wide Insurance. offering a free insurance quote
